Caroline and Stephanie faced so many challenges during their 7 days’ stay in Cambodia. Trekking, biking, canoeing… many sportive events were organised by RAID AMAZONES..Besides, the French Association “Coup D’Pouce” was represented by two ladies “Caroline and Stéphanie” under the flag “Crème de Cassis”. This Association helps children that suffer from cancer.
Here is the exclusive interview of our heroines:
To be involved in an association was meaningful for us, as much as participating in a sport event. We wanted to support an association located in Dijon and which mission is to assist patients and their family during the disease. We wanted an association which goal is closely linked to our company’s activities: research of new anti-cancer therapies. The association “Coup D’Pouce” seemed perfect for us.
Having a sponsor gave us the opportunity to participate to the RAID AMAZONES challenge and moreover, it allowed us to offer to “Coup D’Pouce” between 1500 € and 2000 €.
Basically, we wanted the kids to get happy faces while looking at the pictures and videos shot during our trip. We wanted them to forget about their disease and treatment even if it was only a few seconds.
